Our top choice for the captain’s armband for Gameweek 21 is Eden Hazard (10.7). Hazard featured some great form until last gameweek and also managed a goal in Chelsea’s ‘shock’ defeat (remember the Harry Kane memes?) Hazards form in recent gameweeks (last 4 gws) is corroborated by an average score of 7.5 points per gameweek, along with an average of 13 key passes per game! If our Belgian lad is not scorin’ em, he sure is layin’ em up alright!
Coming a close second on our list is Alexis Sanchez (11.4) who at the moment seem to be Arsenal’s lone shining star. Alexis did not have a great last gameweek, however he did feature prominently in Arsenal’s FA Cup win over Hull City by scoring one and assisting another. The Chilean has had immense point scoring potential in recent times, with recent short term averages of 17 Goal attempts, out of which 11 were taken from inside the box and 6 were on target.
Our final choice for the captain’s armband this week is Sergio Aguero (12.3). There would be no sense in discussing about statistics for the City striker since he has been out of action for almost a month (I still remember that gameweek when I captained him and he came off the pitch after two minutes). Anyways, there is news that Aguero is fit to play and although there is speculation over him securing a start, I’m counting on him to work his magic once he gets on the pitch. And of course, if he scores I can tell my fellow fantasy managers ‘I told you so!’
Have a great Gameweek you guys
