Captain: Gameweek 4

Difficult, difficult choice to make given the fitness uncertainty of so many players coming from the international break. Personally, I would want to stick with Sergio Aguero given the fixture against Arsenal and the fact that he is on the point of coming back to full fledged form. But then there is Radamel Falcao, who is still untested but very tempting to captain, along with Gilfy Sigurdson, who has impressed so far and may continue to do so (or not). What about Raheem Sterling, who showed so much of promise against Spurs? (but was a tad bit unlucky at finishing 🙂 )

As you may have noticed, there are a lot of possible captain choices coming into GW4, with each choice having its fair share of due justification. So, after much deliberation and thought, we have decided to hand the captain’s armband for GW4 tooooooooo….Raheem Sterling! Well, obviously the fact that Daniel Sturridge is sitting out for 3 weeks will be a huge morale booster for the young Englishman to take up the responsibility for Liverpool’s attack (unless you thought Balotelli was the more mature person between them?)
